At MD Organics, we are committed to providing high-quality organic hair care products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used hair care products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer:

Replacement of the product, or
Full refund if replacement is not available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be returned through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
